Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of ImageTextEdit.app at https://imagetextedit.app. By creating an account, uploading an image, buying credits, or using the editor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

ImageTextEdit.app provides a browser preview and paid image-processing jobs that replace selected existing text. Results depend on source resolution, selection quality, background detail, and model behavior. We do not promise that every result will match an original font or background perfectly.

Accounts and credits

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login details. Credits are prepaid processing units. A standard edit usually uses 2 credits; complex jobs may use 4 credits. The exact amount is shown before you confirm a job. Credits do not expire in the first release, unless a future product update clearly says otherwise.

Failed, timed-out, or provider-error jobs return the credits automatically. Purchases and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content

You retain rights to images and text you upload. You confirm that you own or have permission to edit and process the content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the requested service, troubleshoot a job, and meet legal or security obligations. Temporary image data is scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• process content you do not have permission to use;
• upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content;
• attempt to bypass credit checks, access controls, or rate limits; or
• interfere with the service, its providers, or another user's account.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including providers and credit pricing, when necessary. To the extent allowed by law, ImageTextEdit.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create a security or payment risk. We will make reasonable efforts to explain the reason when doing so is safe and appropriate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms.
